HOW TO GET HERE
FROM AIRPORT
Shuttle bus: You can take the shuttle bus from/to the airport. It takes approximately 60 minutes. At the airport, there is a shuttle bus counter at the arrival hall after you collect your bags. It costs 150 baht per person.
Taxi: Alternatively, taxis can be found outside the airport terminals and cost around 600 baht. The distance between Ao Nang and Krabi Airport is 26km.
FROM BUS STATION
Songtaew: There are local songtaew buses can be caught outside the coach terminal which will take you to Ao Nang and cost around 100 baht per person. The trip takes around 45 minutes and is 17km.
Taxi: You can get a taxi which will cost around 600 baht and will takes about 40 minutes.
FROM RAILAY
Longtail boats can be caught from West Beach that go straight to Ao Nang beach for 100 baht. The last one leaves at 6pm. You can also catch a longtail boat back to Ao Nang from Phranang Beach and Tonsai Beach as well but they do not run all year around. The boat ride takes about 20 minutes.
FROM KRABI TOWN
Shuttle Bus: You can hop on the local white songthaew (shared shuttle) to Ao Nang from this bus stop. The ride takes about 40 minutes and costs just 60 baht per person.
Taxi: 450–600 baht.
FROM PHI PHI
Ferry: The ferry costs around 450-600 baht one way (price may vary depend on season), and includes a free pick up service from our hostel. You can also purchase ferry tickets from the hostel reception.
FROM KOH LANTA
You can purchase a van ticket from the hostel for 550 baht (price may vary depend on season) which will pick you up at the hostel and take you straight to Koh Lanta.
